Being whole of market means that we are not tied to anyone and have the entire mortgage market to choose from.
We have no restrictions and can access high street banks and building societies as well as specialist lenders.
We use the latest technology and sourcing systems to find the best rate but it is our understanding of the market which ensures we recommend the most suitable mortgage for you.
Being truly independent allows us to use any mortgage club we choose and gives us access to exclusive mortgages that cannot be accessed direct. These may include better rates, reduced arrangement fees or incentives such as cash back.
Control – managing the process
We project manage the entire application from start to completion.
We work closely with your lender, surveyor, estate agent and solicitor to ensure a smooth and controlled process throughout.
Direct access with decision makers
We pride ourselves on our relationships and extensive network which has been built over a number of years.
We deal directly with the underwriter on your case – not service centres.
This is vital in complex cases where a sensible underwriting decision is required and can sometimes help to avoid a ‘computer says no’ scenario.
Our typical turnaround from application to full mortgage offer is around 2-4 weeks.
As well as having a close working relationship with your broker, you will also have access to a dedicated case manager.
Your case manager will help to manage the process from start to completion keeping you, your estate agent and solicitor updated regularly.
We work how you want
We are happy to advise our clients on a face to face basis or can work digitally.
Face to face appointments are available at one of our meeting rooms in Essex or London, at your place of work or within the comfort of your own home.
If you would prefer to work electronically, we have the systems and security to do so.
Clear, fair and transparent fee structure
Your initial consultation is completely free and includes a no-obligation quote.
On providing you a quote, we will advise you of any fees that we charge (if any) and when the fee is due. Our typical fee is £495 and is normally taken on a success only basis.
Free protection review
We are passionate about protecting you, your family and your estate in every scenario.
As a 360FS client, you will be offered a free protection and legacy planning review.
Following the review, a qualified and experienced adviser will recommend a tailor made package to protect you from all financial risk.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
Our typical fee is £495, but a fee of up to 1% is payable in some instances.
Some commercial mortgages and most buy to let mortgages are not regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority.
